Barry’s gonna bring it up, Wally will think he has too, Artemis tell’s him it’s his choice and she’ll support him no matter what he chooses, he becomes Flash anyway, and they move to Central

Haha, I was thinking more along the lines of Barry gets KIA and Wally takes up the mantle. Hopefully your version happens instead.
